  • I lost my password to access my Customer Area. How to do ?
    Just click on "I forgot or lost my password" in your CUSTOMER AREA. You will immediately receive an email from us inviting you to click on a link. You can then change your password.
  • Where is my Customer Area?
    You can access your customer area by clicking: - on the button "CUSTOMER AREA" at the bottom of the page, - or by the icon represented by a bust (located at the top and at the bottom of the site) - or by clicking here
  • Can I pay my insurance contribution online?
    Yes, by connecting to your CUSTOMER AREA / "ONLINE PAYMENT" tab.
  • I had an accident. How do I proceed ?
    Any claim must be notified WITHIN 5 DAYS of such accident (or 2 days in case of theft), as per French Code of Insurance Regulation. You can make a "preliminary" statement online by completing the few questions on the "MAKE A CLAIM" form. Our claim service will not fail to contact you.

  • What is an "Insurance Broker"?"
    A broker is an Insurance Professional, an intermediary between the Client and the Insurer. He is an agent of his client, that is, he represents the interests of his client and defends him with the insurers.
